My background includes working in multidisciplinary clinics alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths, including a decade in London's Harley Street district. That experience, coupled with training in human physiology and massage therapy, shaped my belief that long-term improvement comes from intelligent, personalized exercise.
